Title: Crusty Corn Bread

1 1/4 | c | Water |
2 1/3 | c | Wheat flour |
1/3 | c | Gluten flour |
1/3 | c | Cornmeal |
1 | tb | Dry milk |
2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Orange zest |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
3 | tb | Oil |
2 | tb | Honey |
4 | ts | Yeasty |
1/3 | c | Corn, drained well |
Add water to pan, then add the rest of the ingedients expect the corn. Set machine on wheat mode, at the beep add the corn.
