2 | c | Breadcrumbs |
1 | lg | Onion -- - finely chopped |
4 | Eggs - beaten | |
3/4 | c | Butter -- melted |
And freshly ground -- pepper | ||
To taste | ||
4 | oz | Grated Romano cheese |
Mix breadcrumbs with spinach; add remaining ingredients and mix well; chill in refrigerator; when cold, form into 1 inch balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 375~F; drain on paper towels; if desired, roll balls in additional Romano cheese while hot; Posted on PRODIGY December 1993, formatted by Elaine Radis, BGMB90B on P*; E.RADIS on GEnie
