1tsSoy Sauce
SESAME BURGERS
1/4cToasted sesame seeds
HOT-N-TANGY BURGERS
1tsSeason All, Seasoned salt
1tsBarbeque Spice
DILL BURGERS
1/2tsCrushed dill seed
1/4cChopped olives OR Sweet Pickles
HERB BURGERS
1/4tsMarjoram
1/8tsThyme
1/4tsCelery Salt
1tsParsley flakes
CHILI-CHEESE BURGERS
1cGrated cheese
1/4cMilk
1/2tsChili Powder

The Basic Burger Mix will yield 4 burgers. Add the following herbs and spices to create variations on the basic burgers

Place into smoker/cooker (I use a water cooker) with the water pan filled with cold water or ice. Allow the smoker to obtain cooking temperature, 180-250 degrees. Smoke/cook approximately 1 hour per side.(Total cooking time is approximately 2-2 1/2 hours.) Slop with favorite bbq sauce during the last 1/2 hour of cooking.

We make up a weeks supply of these at a time. They are absolutely delicious...
