Title: Chef's Barbeque Sauce

Yield: 1 Gallon
1 | c | Oil |
2 1/2 | c | Onions, finely chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
5 | tb | Prepared mustard |
3 | ts | Salt |
5 | tb | Worcestershire |
5 | c | Catsup |
3 1/3 | c | Celery, cut fine |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
3 | pt | Water |
Saute the onions and celery in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes. Thicken with cornstarch, as desired. Very good with weiners, or other appetizers.
