1cOil
2 1/2cOnions, finely chopped
1 1/2cBrown sugar
5tbPrepared mustard
3tsSalt
5tbWorcestershire
5cCatsup
3 1/3cCelery, cut fine
1/2cVinegar
3ptWater

Saute the onions and celery in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes. Thicken with cornstarch, as desired. Very good with weiners, or other appetizers.
