Title: Blue Cheese Tenderloin Steaks

2 | tb | Cream cheese -- softened |
1 | ds | White pepper |
4 | ts | Blue cheese -- crumbled |
1 | lg | Garlic clove -- halved |
4 | ts | Plain yogurt -- low-fat if |
1/2 | ts | Salt -- divided |

Preparation time: 22 minutes Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve. Rub each side of the steaks with garlic. Place the steaks on a rack in the broiler pan so the surface of the meat is 2 to 3 inches from th heat. Broil t to 6 minutes. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Turn and broil 3 to 4 minutes. Season with remaining salt. to- each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mixture. Broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
