1 | tb | Shallots; chopped |
4 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 | tb | Parsley; chopped |
2 | ts | Lime juice |
1/2 | ts | Tabasco pepper sauce |

In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer
2 minutes. Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and tabasco sauce. Brush
steaks with rum butter. Grill or broil 6" from heat. Cook about 8 minutes,
turning steak once. Brush with rum butter occasionally. Heat any remaining
rum butter to boil and serve with steaks. Serve with additional tabasco
sauce if desired.
