1tbShallots; chopped
4tbButter or margarine
1tbParsley; chopped
2tsLime juice
1/2tsTabasco pepper sauce
4 Beef steaks

In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes. Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and tabasco sauce. Brush steaks with rum butter. Grill or broil 6" from heat. Cook about 8 minutes, turning steak once. Brush with rum butter occasionally. Heat any remaining rum butter to boil and serve with steaks. Serve with additional tabasco sauce if desired.
