1 1/4 | c | Light brown sugar |
1 | c | Soy sauce |
| | 1 1/2" piece ginger, peel, grate |
1/2 | cl | Garlic, crushed |
1/8 | ts | Sesame oil |
Beamreach Restaurant, Kauai, Hawaii Arrange steak in shallow dish. Combine
remaining ingreds and blend well. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator at least 3 hrs or overnight, turning occasionally. Broil or
bbq to desired doneness. If using flank steak, slice diagonally across
