Title: Spanish Beef Roast

| 4 | lb | Rolled beef roast |
| 1 | lg | Can whole tomatoes |
| 1 | Jar Spanish olives w/juice | |
| 1/2 | c | Water |
Brown the roast in a large pot. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until meat falls apart.
