6		Potatoes
1/4	c	Olive oil
2	ts	Lemon juice
1	ts	Dijon mustard
1/2	ts	Corriander
1/2	ts	Fresh ground peppper
1	ts	Minced onion
1		Pureed garlic clove
1	ts	Paprika

Scrub potatoes and cut into quarters, keeping skins on. Boil until tender, and coat them with the dressing which you can prepare in advance.
