1/3 | c | Finely chopped green pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Ginger |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/2 | c | Flaked coconut |
1. Combine all ingredients, tossing to mix well. 2. Serve with meat dishes or any curry. MAKES 1 1/3 CUPS
