Title: Baked Mustard Chicken (Easy) - SL 1/87

Yield: 4 Servings
4 | Chicken breast halves; skinned | |
1/4 | c | Spicy brown mustard |
1/2 | c | Italian-flavored breadcrumbs |
1/4 | c | Butter or margarine; melted |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Water or white wine |
Paprika |
: Brush chicken with mustard, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. : Combine butter, lemon juice, and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken, and pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350 F degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika, and bake an additional 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
