1 | | Stick of margarine |
1 | c | Flour |
8 | c | Water |
1 | ts | Accent |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
8 | oz | Can of tomatoes |
4 | | Bouillon cubes |
1/2 | ts | Kitchen Bouquet |
2 | c | Mixed vegetables |
2 | | Carrots, sliced |
2 | | Stalks celery, sliced |
1 | md | Onion, sliced |
Brown meat, set aside. Melt margarine in a large pot and mix with flour to
make paste. Add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add
Accent, pepper, tomatoes, bouillon, Kitchen Bouquet, vegetables and meat.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours. Randy Rigg
