Title: Cinnamon Apple Salad

1/2	c	Red hot candy
3	c	Boiling water
2	c	Apple sauce
1	lg	Box cherry Jello
1	tb	Lemon juice
	ds	Salt
1/2	c	Chopped nuts
		Topping:
8	oz	Cream cheese
1/4	c	Milk
2	tb	Mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water, stir in apple sauce, lemon and salt. Chill until partially set. Add nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Allow to set. TOPPING: Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Spread on top of Jello. Randy Rigg
