3xCarrots, sliced thin
  Green pepper, sliced thin
2xCucumbers, peeled & diced
1/2cSugar
1/4cWater
1/2cOil
  Lg Onion, sliced thin
3/4cVinegar
1/4tsSalt

Mix liquids. Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight. Delicious!
