Title: Inside-Out Brussels Sprouts (Country Woman)

2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 1/2 | c | Uncooked instant rice |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
2 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
1 1/2 | ts | Garlic salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1 | pk | (10 oz) frozen brussels sprouts |
2 | cn | (15 oz ea.) tomato sauce |
1 | c | Water |
1 | ts | Dried thyme |
: In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well. Shape a scant 1/4 cupful around each frozen brussels sprout to form a meatball. Place in an ungreased 15"x10"x1" baking dish.
: Combine tomato sauce, water and thyme; pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
