1 | | 2 lb. jar sauerkraut |
1 | c | Celery, diced |
1 | c | Red and green peppers, diced |
1 | md | Onion, diced |
1 | | Big carrot |
| | Dressing |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
1/4 | c | Oil |
Drain, rinse and squeeze dry the sauerkraut and cut up in large bowl. Add
diced celery, peppers and onion. Shred carrot and add to sauerkraut. Mix
and add dressing. Better if made day before and chilled. Keeps well in
refrigerator for days. Dressing: Mix sugar and vinegar. Add oil and pour
over sauerkraut salad. Mix well. Randy Rigg
