1		Envelope Lipton Recipe - Secrets Onion Soup Mix
12	oz	Jar peach or apricot - preserves
1/2	c	Water
4		Bone-in or boneless pork - chops, 1"thick (about 3#)

Preheat oven to 375! F. In a small bowl, combine Onion Soup Mix, preserves and water. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chops; top with soup mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until chops are done.
