Title: Hot Cheese Puffs

Yield: 3 Servings

2cShredded sharp cheese
1/2cButter
1cAll purpose flour
1tsFreeze dried chives
1/2tsSeasoned salt

Mix cheese and butter; stir in flour, chives and seasoned salt until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours. Thrity minutes before serving, heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake until cheese puffs are set and light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Randy Rigg
