2 | c | Elbow macaroni, uncooked |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | cn | Tomato soup |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 | | Chopped green pepper |
2 | c | Cubed Colby cheese |
1 | sm | Can French fried onion rings |
Cook macaroni; drain. Set aside. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in
soups, green pepper and macaroni. Pour half of mixture into greased 2
quart baking dish. Top with 1 cup cheese. Top with remaining mixture and
cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake
