Title: Snappy Bean Bake

3ozBroccoli flowerets; in bite- size pieces
3ozSnap beans; cut into bite- size pieces
3ozTofu; cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3ozLima beans; cooked
1 1/2ozBrazil nuts; chopped
2tbSoy oil
1tsMustard
2tsFresh chives; minced
1tsFresh parsley; chopped
1/2tsTarragon
1/2tsSalt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes with a cover.
