Title: Swiss Spaghetti Casserole

Yield: 1 Servings
3 | oz | Spaghetti squash |
3 | oz | Swiss chard |
3 | oz | Onion; chopped |
3 | oz | Green pepper; chopped |
1 1/2 | oz | Almonds; blanched, chopped |
1 | ts | Garlic; minced |
2 | ts | Thyme |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Sesame oil |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down, with 1/3 inch water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to handle,cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
