1 | lb | Smoked bluefish fillets |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
2 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | Cognac |
1 | tb | Minced fresh chives |
1 | tb | Minced fresh parsley |
1 | tb | Minced shallots |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
White pepper to taste |
In the bowl of a food processore, combine all ingredients. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with toasted pita bread.
