Title: Boston Corn Chowder

6 | sl | Bacon, diced |
440 | g | Corn kernels (2 small tins) |
1 | lg | Onion, finely chopped |
3 | c | Chicken stock (750ml) |
1 | c | Cream (250ml) - fresh |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1 | Bay leaf |
1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon - serve
