Title: Boston Corn Chowder

6slBacon, diced
440gCorn kernels (2 small tins)
1lgOnion, finely chopped
3cChicken stock (750ml)
1cCream (250ml) - fresh
1tsSugar
1/2tsPepper
1 Bay leaf

1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon - serve
