Title: Broccoli Cheese Bake

Yield: 1 Casserole

2	ct	Frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
1	c	Mayonnaise (heaping)
1	c	Cream of mushroom soup
1	md	Onion, diced
2	lg	Eggs,slightly beaten
1	c	Grated cheddar cheese
1	c	Ritz crackers, chopped
	ds	Pepper to taste

Mix broccoli with mayonnaise, soup, onion and eggs. Spoon into a casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Sprinkle Ritz crumbs over top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
