Title: Tangy Glazed Meatloaf

1 | lb | Turkey, ground, lean |
1/4 | c | Bread crumbs |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1 | | Onion, chopped, small |
1 | pn | Salt |
1 | pn | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Poultry seasoning |
2 | tb | Catsup |
GLAZE |
3 | tb | Sugar, brown |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 | ts | Mustard, dry OR A-1 poultry |

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings
and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.
Bake 20 additional minutes.
