1/2 | lb | Cheese |
2 | tb | Butter |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
1/8 | ts | Cayenne |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
Heat cheese and butter in double boiler until melted. Beat eggs with all other ingredients except Worcestershire sauce. Add to cheese. When blended, add Worcestershire sauce, cook until smooth. Serve on crackers or toast.
