Title: Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
5ozSemisweet chocolate
1 1/2lbCream cheese
3/4cGranulated sugar
3 Eggs, large
1tsVanilla extract
1cSour cream
RECOMMENDATIONS
1 Vanilla wafer crumb crust
1 9 inch springform pan

Is it cheesecake or fudge? Call it what you will, it is delicious. 1)Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. 2)Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler. 3)Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and light. 4)Beat in the eggs and vanilla. 5)Stir the melted chocolate and the sour cream into the cream-cheese mixture and blend well. 6)Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
