1 1/2 | lb | Cream cheese |
3/4 | c | Granulated sugar |
3 | | Eggs, large |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 | c | Sour cream |

Is it cheesecake or fudge? Call it what you will, it is delicious.
1)Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. 2)Melt the chocolate in the top of a
double boiler. 3)Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese
with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and light. 4)Beat in the eggs
and vanilla. 5)Stir the melted chocolate and the sour cream into the
cream-cheese mixture and blend well. 6)Pour the mixture into the prepared
crust and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the cake
