1mdOnion, chopped
1 Green pepper, minced
  Buttered crumbs
6 Eggs
3tbButter or butter substitute
  Salt and pepper

Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Pour into shallow, well-oiled baking dish. Break eggs. Place on top of mixture. Add seasonings. Cover with crumbs. Place in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) until eggs are firm. 6 servings. Elizabeth Shaffer, Albuquerque, N.M.
