2 | c | Hot boiled rice |
1/4 | c | Grated cheese |
6 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Sweet milk |
1 | c | Medium white sauce |
Salt and pepper |
Line 6 well-oiled ramekins with rice. Break 1 egg into each. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1 tablespoon milk over each egg. Place in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) until eggs are firm. Serve with white sauce in which the cheese has been melted. 6 servings. May Hill, Winona, MO.
