Title: Favorite Deviled Eggs

Yield: 8 Servings
| 6 | | Eggs, hard cooked and finely chopped |
| 1 | ts | Minced onion |
| 3 | | Strips Bacon, fried and crumbled |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt, optional |
| 1/2 | ts | Pepper |
| 1/4 | ts | Prepared mustard |
| 1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.) |
In a bowl, mix together first seven ingredients until creamy. Form into 1
inch balls. Roll in cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 25
