2 | Good sized plum tomatoes | |
1 | Grated parmesan cheese | |
1 | Fine bread crumbs | |
1 | Dried thyme |
Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish. Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme. Bake for 15 to 20 min.
