Title: Jackie Olden's Cactus Salad

Yield: 6 Nice folks

SALAD
1cNopalitos;* (cactus leaves, available in glass jars in Mexic
1/4cCilantro; chopped
2 Whole avacados; peeled and cubed
1cGarbanzo beans; drained
3clWhole garlic; chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
1smCan ripe olives; sliced drained
1/2lbMonterey Jack cheese; cubed
  Salt and pepper to taste;
DRESSING
1/2cOil;
3tbWine vinegar;
1tbDijon mustard;
 dsOf tabasco >OR<-
 dsOther hot sauce;
  Salt and pepper taste

Mix all salad ingredients together and chill until serving. Combine dressing ingredients, mix well, and pour over salad.
