Title: Scalloped Eggs with Rice

6 | Hard-cooked eggs | |
2 | c | Medium white sauce |
2 | c | Boiled rice |
3/4 | c | Grated cheese |
Salt and pepper |
Combine white sauce with rice and 1/2 cup cheese. Place half of this mixture in well-oiled dish. Add eggs cut in halves lengthwise. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Cover with remaining sauce.
