1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
2/3 | c | Soft bread crumbs |

Break eggs carefully. Slip each egg into a well-oiled muffin tin or ramekin which has been lined with soft crumbs. Add 1 tablespoon milk, seasonings, and bits of butter to each egg.
