6 | | Eggs,beaten |
1/2 | c | Picante sauce |
1/4 | c | Margarine or butter,melted |
1/4 | c | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Seasoned salt |
1 | cn | (12 oz) whole kernel corn |
| | With sweet peppers,drained |
| | Picante sauce, |
| | Sour cream |
| | Avocado slices |
In a large bowl,combine ingredients;mix well.Pour into a greased 12 x 8'
baking dish.Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden
brown.Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado slices,if
desired.Makes 4 to 6 servings.
