Title: Monk's Styled Fried Chicken.

2 Complete chicken breasts
1clGarlic (optional)
1cDiced onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Green pepper

Take two complete chicken breasts and brown them in a fry pan (a clove of Garlic is optional). Remove them and put on a plate. In the same fry pan place a cup of diced onions and let cook until they begin to brown. Add two tomatoes cut into eights, a Green pepper cut into strips, return the chicken on top of this (according to the cook's taste). Serve on platter when ready.
