Title: Monk's 24 Hour Salad

2 Eggs, beaten
2tbGranulated sugar
2tbVinegar
2tbButter
2cDried pineapple
2cMandarin oranges
1cCherries
2cMini marshmallows
1/2ptWhipping cream - whipped

Cook eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler until thick. Stir well. Add 2 tbs. butter and cool. Mix fruit with custard, then cream. Set 24 hours in refrigerator. Friar Bob, The MONKS' COOKBOOK, Montreal Qc.
