Title: Monk's 24 Hour Salad

Yield: 1 Servings
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
2 | tb | Granulated sugar |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
2 | tb | Butter |
2 | c | Dried pineapple |
2 | c | Mandarin oranges |
1 | c | Cherries |
2 | c | Mini marshmallows |
1/2 | pt | Whipping cream - whipped |
Cook eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler until thick. Stir well. Add 2 tbs. butter and cool. Mix fruit with custard, then cream. Set 24 hours in refrigerator. Friar Bob, The MONKS' COOKBOOK, Montreal Qc.
