1/2 | c | Oil |
2 | Lemons, juiced | |
2 | tb | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Saffron |
2 1/2 | lb | Chicken, cut-up |
1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 | cn | (7 oz) green olives |
4 | c | White wine |
1 | Onion, diced |
Use blender to combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and saffron. Rub this mixture on chicken pieces. Place remaining ingredients in pan with chicken. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes. Serve with LEMON RICE.
