1 1/2 | lb | Young carrots |
8 | oz | Sliced apples |
1 | oz | White vinegar |
1 | oz | Honey |
1 | c | Water |
2 | oz | Butter |
Salt & pepper |
Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter, add honey and vinegar and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes. Allow liquid to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste.
