Title: Milk Chocolate Raisin Bread

1 1/4 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
2 1/2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
2 2/3 | c | Bread flour |
1/4 | c | Wheat germ |
1/4 | c | Wheat bran |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
3/4 | c | Raisins |
Bring the water to a boil. Add the cocoa powder and stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temp. Add the cocoa an all remaining ingredients except the raisins. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add the raisins. This loaf is best warm but is good cool.
