| 2 3/4 | c | Bread flour |
| 1 | tb | Bread flour |
| 3/4 | c | Cracked wheat |
| 3 | tb | Cornmeal |
| 3 | tb | Brown sugar |
| 3 | tb | Powdered milk |
| 3/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
| 3/4 | c | Coconut flakes |
| 3/4 | c | Pineapple chunks in juice -- |
| Reserve juice | ||
| 1/3 | c | Pineapple juice |
| 1/2 | c | Water |
| 1/3 | c | Macadamia nuts -- chopped |
Add all ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add nuts.
