3/4 | c | Cracked wheat |
3 | tb | Cornmeal |
3 | tb | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Powdered milk |
3/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
3/4 | c | Coconut flakes |
3/4 | c | Pineapple chunks in juice -- |
Reserve juice | ||
1/3 | c | Pineapple juice |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Macadamia nuts -- chopped |
Add all ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add nuts.
