Title: Mozzarella & Sun-Dried Tomato Bread

2 1/2	ts	Active dry yeast
2 3/4	c	Bread flour
1 1/2	tb	Sugar
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1 1/2	tb	Olive oil
1/2	c	Sun-dried tomatoes --
		Chopped
3/4	c	Water
1/2	c	Mozzarella cheese -- cubed

Add all the ingredients except the cheese in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on the raisin bread cycle and add the cheese when the beeper sounds.
