Title: Sylvia's Potato Bud Bread

2 1/4 | c | Flour, bread |
3 | tb | Potato buds |
3 | tb | Milk, powdered |
1/2 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | tb | Salt |
1 | tb | Oil |
1 | lg | Eggs |
7/8 | c | Water; warm |
Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia's comments: coarse bread, but tasty.
