Title: Abm Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | tb | Lemon zest -- grated |
1 1/2 | ts | Poppy seeds |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Sugar |
4 | tb | Nonfat dry milk powder |
1 | tb | Unsalted butter |
1 | c | Water |
1 | lg | Egg |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
GLAZE: | ||
2 | ts | Unsalted butter -- softened |
1 | ts | Lemon zest -- grated |
4 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 | ts | Lemon juice -- or more |
Add all ingredients except those for glaze. Use basic cycle. While the bread is cooling to room temperature, make the glaze. Glaze cooled loaf of bread by drizzing glaze on top and sides of loaf. Let dry before slicing.
