1 | tb | Brown sugar |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
3/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
1 | ts | Yeast |
1 1/2 | lb | LOAF------------------------ |
LEMON ICING (OPTIONAL |
1/2 c Powdered sugar, sifted 1/4 ts Vanilla 1 ts Lemon juice 3 ts Milk
Add the first 10 ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's
directions. Use light setting. If desired, when bread is cool, drizzle bread with Lemon Icing.
Lemon Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir together the powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and enough milk to make an icing of drizzling consistency.
