1 | tb | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | All-purpose flour |
3/4 | c | Crumbled feta chees, drained |

1/4 | c | Sliced pitted black olives, |
Drained | ||
1 | tb | Sugar |
2 | ts | Bread machine yeast |
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding cheese and olives with flour.
Recommended cycle: basic/white bread cycle: medium/normal colour setting.
Breads made with fresh cheese may be more perishable: wrap airtight and store leftover bread in refrigerator or freezer.
Use leftovers of this zesty bread to create salad croutons. Just cut bread into bite-size cubes and spread in single layer in shallow baking pan. Lightly brush cubes with oil. Bake at 300* for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and dry, stirring twice
