The following are the features of the Zoji S15 that I particularly like: 1. White Bread cycle 2. Quick Rising yeast cycle 3. French Bread cycle (it does make a difference) 4. Raisin Bread cycle 5. Dough cycle (kneads and raises dough but doesn't bake it. Definetly handy if you don't have a warm place to raise dough.) 6. Cake/Quick Bread cycle (Baking the entire time tends to make cakes to dry, in my opinion, 55-60 minutes is enough.) 7. Preheat feature (avoids the need to have to preheat ingrediants. nice when using the timer and bread starts in the middle of a cold night.) 8. Removable bread pan - easy to clean, easy to load 9. Square bread pan - fits most sandwhich containers. 10. Timer - delaying the start of the cycle means fresh baked bread in the morning and when coming home from work. 11. Home Made Menu (HMM) - Allows one to program a custom cycle to meet the needs of special breads, flours and such. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, the HMM can be used to rescue breads that aren't doing well. Best example is switching to HMM when bread hasn't rose enough. HMM can be used to manualy override each step of the cycle and time them on your own.
