Title: Lisa's Broccoli Cheese Bread

LISA CRAWLEY/TEASPOON
2 1/2tsActive Dry Yeast
3cPlus 1 Tb. Chef's Baking
  Flour
4tbSaco Buttermilk Powder
1tsSalt
1tbSugar
1cChopped Fresh Broccoli*
1cCheddar or Mozzerella Cheese
1cPlus 1 Tb. Water; 115 deg.

*Chop very fine in Fd. Processor. Cheese is Shredded. Baked on White Bread Cycle. NOTE: I had failures w/ the Instant Yeast three times, so I increased the salt and switched the yeast to ACTIVE DRY. This is that recipe. This is still a high riser, but it didn't cave in after the rise, either. The next time I make this, I'm going to increase the salt by another 1/2 ts. so the bread won't "KISS" the glass. This was made in a Welbilt, ABM-100.
