2	ts	Instant SAF Yeast
3	ts	(Heaping) Chaokoh Brand
		Coconut Milk Powder
3/4	c	Sweetened Flaked Coconut
2	tb	Butter
1	ts	(scant) Salt
1	tb	Sugar
1 1/8	c	Warm Water

Place ingred. in ABM. I used the Sweet Bread Cycle on this in the WELBILT ABM-100 and it turned out VERY WHITE, moist, and nice crust. Good toasted w/ Coffee!
